Work
Translating Vision into Reality
“Simple can be harder than complex.
You have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple.
But it’s worth it in the end because once you get there, you can move mountains.”
― Steve Jobs
Research
"Research is creating new knowledge" - Neil Armstrong
Research always provides new insights into a fresh or existing project. First, we obtain and gather the information. Understand the business —the existing competencies in product and leadership, market requirements and challenges, users and competition analysis, etc. Additionally, we focus on the organization's and leadership's integrity regarding culture, value system and business ethics.
Review
"Knowledge is the wing wherewith we fly to heaven" - Shakespeare
Once data and information are obtained and summarised satisfactorily, next is - brainstorming and data analysis. It's teamwork with the stakeholders - the foundation for creativity. Sometimes, through free association of thoughts and brainstorming, an accidental suggestion can be the best solution. This phase defines gaps and the scope of improvement, prepares policy and roadmap, branding documentation, vision and mission, and the value system, and creates a direction to bring all the information into a visual identity.
Recreate
"Imagination is more important than knowledge" - Albert Einstein
After acquiring all the knowledge with best practices of research and review, it's time to think ingeniously and create unimaginably. In this phase, we decide the vision, mission, logo, catchphrase, and colour gradient for a trustworthy brand identity. Produce marketing tools like catalogues, leaflets, corporate presentations & videos, website and social media pages, etc.

CONFERENCES AND SEMINARS
Indian History Awareness and Research (IHAR), a think tank in the USA, organized a series of live talks during the Covid lockdown.
Thankfully, I got an opportunity to volunteer for the whole series by strategy, planning, content development, and designing the flyers for advertising and awareness. This program has provided me with the extraordinary opportunity to work closely with internationally acclaimed thought leaders within and outside the IHAR.
Such work needs to dive deep into the subject, have close interaction with the speakers, understand the depth of their work, and then come up with creativity to justify the best possible visual representation.
